Tipsy Scoop Barlour
The Tipsy Scoop Ice Cream Barlour is located at 217 East 26th Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues) in Kips Bay, Manhattan. We're open selling scoops, flights, sundaes, and to-go pints Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm-11pm, and Sunday from 12pm-10pm.
